“Anazing hotel”

“ I didn't realise when I booked the hotel was on the motorway services. However we were able to use the service road to access in and out of the services without going on the M25. Room was clean everything you needed. The lady on reception was so helpful told us where to find local places to eat and even gave me the fan from reception for my room as it was so hot. It's not a luxury hotel but the service was fantastic and the room comfortable would definitely book again.”

“Stayed just for one night before an early flight. I was very impressed. Nice, clean room, friendly staff, easy drive to Gatwick. Only gave a 3 star for staff as the barman was obviously very new and hadn’t yet been taught all he needed to know. I would recommend.”

“There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. I didn't feel any difference with and……

“酒店非常舊，房間內傢俬不清潔，浴室內掛牆用具鬆脫，也無人處理。所遇到的員工，態度幾好，對住客的要求，都盡量滿足。如果沒有租車，勸喻大家千萬不要租這間酒店。因為由巴士站行去酒店，一段路都是非常黑暗的。”

“Gino, the host, contacted me as soon as I booked online. He was very friendly, helpful and can recommend places to go and how to get there. He offered a very good service and I would definitely book again.”

“Hotel was good and we were welcomed on arrival. great location for Gatwick airport. I managed to leave my watch in the room.. It had fallen between the side cabinet and the bed. Our host Satti, found it for me and posted to my home. Really grateful.”

“We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.”

“Hotel charge £5 for parking although we arrive very late 10:00pm and leave at early morning. There are no any other parking nearby. ”

“Second time I've stayed and is my, 'Go to' when working in West Sussex. Paddy the owner is very organised, the apartment spotlessly clean, on site parking directly outside the apartment, a couple of minutes off the motorway. ”
