“There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. “Absolutely fantastic, exceeded our expectations by miles! Room was lovely and bed was so so comfy (four poster bed, fantastic surprise) it was an amazing room, good tv nice bathroom too! AMAZING. “Found by chance as needed somewhere to stay after visiting a Christmas Lights event. Under new management 3 weeks ago and undergoing refurbishment. The bar and restaurant gave been revamped and a cozy atmosphere and good food. The rooms are a little tired but a work in progress and have a lot of potential. The bed was comfy and the room was adequate for our stay. The breakfast was delicious abd a good choice on the menu Friendly and helpful staff and will definitely go back.”
