“Extremely friendly staff great service. Very noisy road outside but they do provide ear plugs. Shower cubicle needs updating quite a bit of mould in the shower area. Overall an enjoyable stay”

“地點方便、隔音良好，有幾晚附近酒吧有聚會，都可以瞓覺。房間算乾淨。尤其是11月3日星期天下午當值的兩位前台職員，態度友善，協助我們預約的士，當中來回的電話查詢，他們都樂意幫忙。 美中不足是，第一晚在浴室沖涼時，亦都不算沖太耐，始終是花灑浴室。大概12至14分鐘左右，突然間整個浴室燈關上。要拉開浴室門，向顯示燈揮揮手，才着燈。都嚇一嚇。家人話可能是環保裝置…”

“The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. ”

“Well managed and excellent location. Virtually all hotels are serving similar food for breakfast but it was slightly not as good as the others. The coffee was crap! The service was excellent. At least, they paid attention to your requests. ”
