“A friendly welcome and straightforward check in. The room I believe has recently been redecorated and it is to a high standard although, the basin hot tap has been incorrectly fitted which might cause a problem if not corrected. (management made aware) The bed was comfortable and allowed a good sleep. The food was very excellent and a good quality cooked breakfast. The only disappointment was the room was not fully cleaned with dust and bits on the carpet near furniture which had not been moved……

“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……
