“Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual.”

“Friendly staff but disappointed overall. There was a large window with new curtains and carpet. There was a new toilet, sink and radiator in the bathroom. But it was small and the shower itself let the place down. They have overlooked some of the basics including decent beds without headboard and gap at the end to lose your pillows.Filling the kettle at the sink was near impossible as it didn’t fit under the tap.”

“I recently stayed at X Hotel in Brighton, and while there were some initial issues with both rooms, the team was incredibly helpful and proactive in resolving them. They upgraded me to a fantastic suite and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. “A lovely pub/reataurant with rooms. We stayed in ‘The Apartment’ that sleeps up to six people, with two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Four of us stayed comfortably and we will definitely stay here again. We had dinner and breakfast there, the food was lovely, and service second to none. It’s a great location, literally on the beach and has parking. Really friemdly, attentive staff who couldn’t do enough to help. They have live music events and the vibe in the bar area is good.
