“Friendly staff but disappointed overall. There was a large window with new curtains and carpet. There was a new toilet, sink and radiator in the bathroom. But it was small and the shower itself let the place down. They have overlooked some of the basics including decent beds without headboard and gap at the end to lose your pillows.Filling the kettle at the sink was near impossible as it didn’t fit under the tap.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Claremont. The staff were super nice and it was cozy and clean and quiet. The food was great too.”

“The hotel was fine, but just fine. We waited for 15 at check in as there was only person on the reception desk on New Years Eve. The lift didn't work, nor had it 6 months earlier when friends stayed there. And the WiFi didn't work on the 4th floor. That said the room was good sized, clean and comfortable.”

“Road trip入住3晚, 訂房時顯示提供免費泊車, 所以是最重要吸引條件，但到店時說沒有泊車計施，要自行步行十分鐘外的付費-公共停車場，而且不是有出入閘的secuity parking! 另外，房內設備老舊，浴室沒抽氣，店內環境清潔更是不大好!”
