“The service and condition of the hotel are very good. Except there was black stain (looks like mold stain) and yellow dots on the towel. It is totally unacceptable in such a high ranking hotel. ”

“The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous. ”

“The hotel is located in the city, extremely convenient location. It is a bit old, but clean and tidy. The parking space is right on the lower floor of the building, good for travellers with cars. ”

“Good location near O2 Academy if you want to go to concert but room is tiny and bathroom toilet is so small.”

“Good location. Nice hotel with friendly staff. My only suggestions for improvement would be the onsite car park, difficult to get into, or exit and difficult narrow spaces so i would not use that in future. Also the bar was quite disappointing with limited cocktails and no dessert or port wine available although the bar staff were very friendly.”
