“We booked in here the night before we went to see the horse racing at Market Rasen. It was great. You had a lounge with sofa, coffee table, tv and at the other end was oven and electric rings. The bathroom had a shower and sink. Bedroom had a full sized double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was surprised at the size of the apartment (a lot bigger than I thought it would be). It is set in beautiful grounds with horses in the nearby fields, a lovely lake with an island. and……

“With my work, I'm away from home anywhere between one night a week, and four nights a week. I don't often leave reviews.... one hotel is pretty much the same as any other. This one, however, is a bit different. Quirky, I loved it. I'd certainly stay again”

“We spent 5 days here over New Years and had the most perfect time away. The farm house was so lovely and all our needs were catered for. There were even logs provided for the log fire. The location was absolutely stunning, very good for the soul. Plenty of room for all 7 of us, and the kids enjoyed it too. Beds are comfy. Helen the host greeted us when we arrived and provided us with all the information needed. She is a great host. We would very much recommend this place and will definitely……
