“We got upgraded to a King room (the Kingsley room). It was spacious and lovely; the bed was comfortable. Access to Gatwick: straight-line distance to the edge of the airport is less than half a mile (but we didn't notice any airplane noise in the room), and straight-line distance to rental car return is a mile. However, because of the ... interesting... layout of roads around Gatwick, the shortest road route is 3.6 miles(!). Quibbles: * Shower was a little small and the controls were not……

“We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.”

“Our flight delayed and reached hotel at midnight. Although hotel could not provide 24 hours check in service, they are supportive and leave the key and clear information to us on counter so that we can quickly DIY and have a good sleep.”

“Lovely garden area to relax and have a drink in the evening. Staff were vey helpful. ”

“It was a lovely hotel, quite close to the airport, thus why I chose it. The room was decent and quiet and alll the facilities that I needed for my stay worked well. The car park was cramped, not much room to park, I had to get out of the car on the passenger side. So that could do with a bit of improvement. Nonetheless, the price for parking was reasonable compared to other hotels nearby.”

“Very quiet and secluded BNB to relax and unwind. The hosts Rich and Paul were very accommodating and made sure all of our needs were met. ”

“Hotel charge £5 for parking although we arrive very late 10:00pm and leave at early morning. There are no any other parking nearby. ”

“Very elegant design ,, every piece of furniture is an art work project of the owner , the room is spotless clean and the services made you feel at home . ”

“酒店非常舊，房間內傢俬不清潔，浴室內掛牆用具鬆脫，也無人處理。所遇到的員工，態度幾好，對住客的要求，都盡量滿足。如果沒有租車，勸喻大家千萬不要租這間酒店。因為由巴士站行去酒店，一段路都是非常黑暗的。”
