“First, the staffs are so mean and not helpful at all. After counting down with my mates, since my friends lived far from London, they needed place to shelter for a night. So I decided to invite them to the room I was staying then we could continue celebrate new year. But the staffs used rude attitude to stop me taking friends to room. It makes absolutely no sense to not letting visitors for guests to their rooms that they paid for!!! Then my friends need to call all their other friends for help……
