The kitchen and living room and sun room are shared spaces as is the TV and fridge. The common areas are under utilized by the tenants. If you’re looking for a convenient place to lay your head before boarding a flight at Gatwick this will work. We’ve never rented a room in a house before. Not sure we’d do it again.
