“此次我們訂兩間房，四晚，結果都被安排到地下室，室內非常潮濕，且有霉味，要求換房間，卻遭拒，且房內無基本盥洗用具，向櫃臺要求，則表明沒有，說他們是廉價旅館(一晚均價£105)，不提供要自己買，最後嗆聲不喜歡可以不住，他願意退費，於是我們決定退費離開，他又說必須住一晚或付一晚旅館錢，否則他會有損失，所以我們住了一晚後離開，不是一個愉快的經驗。”

“2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. ”

“Everything is ok. Weather was fine on check-out day otherwise would have bad feeling. Simply because had to walk about seven minutes with luggage to nearby Radisson Red for the Hoppa journey to Terminal Three. In case of rain, better on the safe side to take Uber or taxi. ”

“Room with king sized bed given to us has a small window only, size of room reasonable. Housekeeping service poor. towels were not replenished properly, cleaning was not up to standard, empty tissue box was not refilled. They put on a 5% service charge on your bill at check in but you may say no on checking out, a bit embarrassing.”
