“Room with king sized bed given to us has a small window only, size of room reasonable. Housekeeping service poor. towels were not replenished properly, cleaning was not up to standard, empty tissue box was not refilled. They put on a 5% service charge on your bill at check in but you may say no on checking out, a bit embarrassing.”

“Cleanliness is 10/10. Spacious Rooms. There are 2.5 bathrooms. Oven, Microwave and kitchenware are in good conditions. We can cook there. Convenience location, it’s near to Baron’s Cory station. It’s comfortable to stay for 4 days and we hope to stay for another 4 days again. Unfortunately it’s booked. However, there are some stairs before entering the room. It’s not good for having heavy or large luggage to move in and out. ”

“Twickenham is a lovely suburb to stay. It is a 45 minute train ride to London Central. The town itself offers a lot of sights, pubs and restaurants as well. The house was comfortable for the 6 of us. ”

“This stay was nice and cozy. Not a lot of leg room, but it worked great for our visit. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Colindale station and lots of food places near by. We ended up buying a metal spatula as the plastic one was crumbling and getting into our food, we left it at the place for the next guest. Checkin and checkout was really smooth. Simon was very good with communication and answered any questions that we raised. Thank you for letting us stay.”

“This is the most charming hotel in a idilic spot right in the river and a short walk to the center of Richmond. The staff were amazing, couldn’t have been friendlier or nicer and really cared.”
