“Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.”

“Breakfast is really good although choices are limited even on Christmas day. Room is small considering the hotel is located quite a remote location in suburb London and there is rare public transport going there.”

“Exceptionally good. Ice maker in corridor. Coffee machine in room. Bed was so comfortable. You will have everything you need in room. Free in house car park also safe and convenient for traveler. Breakfast served hot and with buffet table.”

“Grounds beautiful spacious and well kept. If I have any criticism it was small areas of trash in the grounds that either had not been picked up or screened off. Room was large and modernized with great view of lawn . The staff were effecient and very friendly We had a great week.”
