“前台服務好，預先收到電郵check in房間，提早取鑰匙入房；但房間管線不足，冷氣不夠，而且床褥不夠承托，但附近環境不錯，餐廳酒吧都足夠，最重要很近King Cross Station and Saint Pancras International Station，乘搭歐洲之星十分方便！”

“Hotel location was great. Staffs were helpful and attentive. We purposely chose this hotel for the location (near King’s Cross) and the fact that it could offer 3 beds in one bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and will return on our next trip to London.”

“Nous avons passé un sejour parfait. Le logement se situe à proximité de St Pancras / King's Cross (15 mn à pied). Les lignes de bus juste à côté du logement permettent d'aller très rapidement à l'hypercentre (Trafalgar Square). Le métro (Russel's Square ou Euston Station) n'est pas loin. Euston Station (pour aller aux studios HP par ses propres moyens) est à 15 mn à pieds. Le logement est spacieux, très confortable et très bien équipé. C'était notre 2e séjour à Tavistock Place. “Was quite disappointed with our overall stay. Considering how much we paid it didn’t really deliver. Arrived 45 minutes earlier advised room wasn’t ready which was fine but when we got our keys cleaners will still in room so had to wait another hour. Room seemed lovely, beds quite small especially for a couple and mattresses bit like camp beds. Number of lights were not working throughout the apartment which was quite frustrating. Heating/air con in smaller bedroom would switch from one to……

“Apartment was nice, but had no air conditioning and the windows were pinned to only open a couple of inches. Frustrating to not be able to get a cross breeze going. Extra fans provided didn’t help much. Do not recommend for summer stays.”

“When we pulled up late in our cab and were dropped off in front of a barber shop we were curious what we would find. The basement flat exceeded all “street impressions” and was a comfortable if modest place for our family of three with a surprising amount of light and a nice garden patio. The location is fantastic for nearby food, access to the tube and Kings Cross. The street ended up being lively in the best way. ”

“Nice environment and convenient location. But two points on check-in procedure should do more : [1] the phone no is not a valid number. [2] the png images file cannot open either in phone or in PC levels. ”
