“I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London. ”

“Great room for the cost. We had to contact the hotel to ensure accessibility and were instantly retooled to the ground floor family room which had plenty of room and a big shower. The only downside and it wasn’t really, was the beautiful original sash windows that we could open, didn’t keep much noise out so the foxes woke us up at 2am!! Really not an issue!!”

“There is no airflow in basement room, I cannot even breath when I just opened the door. I cannot imagine if I need to stay here for 2 nights!! I lost my control and immediately go to reception argued with staff there. He said this is the basement room in a very cheap price, no air conditioner is a must in London hotel. I understand air conditioner is not a must but it definitely stated in Expedia intro of this hotel!! That means the Expedia information is wrong ??!!! I am so disappointed……
