“Reason for staying here was that it was nearby to student accommodation family member would be moving into and also provided parking. Room itself was fine with a small kitchen with a fridge, kettle, microwave and utensils for two. I would be happy to book again although I could imagine the room getting quite hot during the summer months given amount of fans provided. This is a semi-detached home that was perhaps previously an HMO that has been converted to a hotel, so note drive can accommodate……

“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found.
