“We had a very pleasant stay. It was exactly like the photos: super clean, very bright thanks to the many windows, and the natural light was very pleasant. The kitchen has everything you need. The location was great, and the surrounding area also offers a lot of options (cafés, shops, restaurants, bars/pubs, grocery stores, …). Furthermore, the underground station is very close, as are parks, and you can find everything you need. We would definitely recommend staying here. It was the perfect……

“Stayed with the family (3 kids), hosts communicated very well, picking up the keys was easy (a shop around the corner), West Kensington was a 5 minute walk and the stay was quiet and comfortable. There's a few late night shops around and also a very nice breakfast and coffee place around the corner (a few doors down from where keys are collected) called Hazel which is lovely. Great stay overall. ”

And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found.
