“reasonable place”

“最初很滿意該酒店的環境和整潔….. 但令我感到意外的是…. 當我向reception counter要求支裝水（因為小朋友飲用，怕會水肚不服，而飲用支裝水應該比較安心點）…. Staff 竟然話我個package 唔包提供支裝水！一般酒店都基本上都會提供2支支裝水！很意外得知該酒店連提供基本的水都要視乎什麼package ! 這點已經令我對該酒店大大地打了折扣…真係有點失望！ 入住第一日我向朋友推薦….. 後來在第二天有了以的經歷，我即時通知朋友如果要book該酒店，要問清楚……否則不能提供基本的水時，一時之間真係好難喺附近買！”

“no fuss hotel, u have all the basic amenities, walls are a bit thin and its on the main road, a bit of noise. rest all clean and its a 5 storey townhouse with no life. but does the job.”

“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……

“地點方便、隔音良好，有幾晚附近酒吧有聚會，都可以瞓覺。房間算乾淨。尤其是11月3日星期天下午當值的兩位前台職員，態度友善，協助我們預約的士，當中來回的電話查詢，他們都樂意幫忙。 美中不足是，第一晚在浴室沖涼時，亦都不算沖太耐，始終是花灑浴室。大概12至14分鐘左右，突然間整個浴室燈關上。要拉開浴室門，向顯示燈揮揮手，才着燈。都嚇一嚇。家人話可能是環保裝置…”

“I can not recommend this hotel enough! Wow, it was so clean and very new. The staff was great. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. Someone helped us with the luggage up to our room. They offer breakfast in the morning at any extra cost which is convenient if you are on the go. So so so clean and amazing. Another cool aspect of this hotel is that it is super secure. You need a hotel key to even operate the elevator. This hotel feels so luxurious, I was shocked at the price for what you are……

“The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. ”
