“I don’t think there are enough words to describe the high level of customer service I received! Just when I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past, the staff here proved otherwise. Everyone, and I literally mean every staff member I ran into during my stay, which was 7, was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay so incredible!!”

“The plug ins need to be replaced in every room that I stayed in. The ceiling tiles need to be repaired. Some of the rooms have a bad smell. The mattresses need to be turned and or replaced. Some of the bed frames need to be repaired. The chairs need to be cleaned. You can smell cigarette smoke coming through the wall on some of the rooms. The doors need the strip at the bottom replaced. The air conditioner vents are mostly all broken off. ”

“Front desk staff was so friendly and checked me in quickly. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The tap water has a yellow Tint but I’ve read that’s the theme at other places as well. Not their fault but bring bottled water. Great restaurant choices near by. A few. You can walk to. Would stay here again.”
