“The plug ins need to be replaced in every room that I stayed in. The ceiling tiles need to be repaired. Some of the rooms have a bad smell. The mattresses need to be turned and or replaced. Some of the bed frames need to be repaired. The chairs need to be cleaned. You can smell cigarette smoke coming through the wall on some of the rooms. The doors need the strip at the bottom replaced. The air conditioner vents are mostly all broken off. ”

“I’m a local resident, but I wanted to take a break in a different environment after post surgery. I have never stayed in the hotel before, but it looks brand new. The staff is great. The rooms are clean, great breakfast in the morning and I only add that it was a pleasant day. I’ll probably stay there again and recommend the hotel to my out-of-town relatives that visits frequently.”
