“The pool is heated and awesome. It is very elegant to take pictures. The check-in was fast and pleasant. The woman who checked us in was very nice and great customer service. The lemon water in the lobby tastes delicious. Thank you for great hospitality!”

“The artwork was so beautiful! The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet on the first floor. We enjoyed seeing the gorgeous ballroom. The work put into restoring this building was amazing. Even stopped by the Jay Davis studio and bought some of his pieces. Monroe is very lucky to have a local artist such as Jay who contributed to the beauty of this hotel and the local zoo!”

“I had the best stay here while in town visiting my son at the BAFB. Every staff member was absolutely amazing. They were all friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for me. Definitely will be my go to place to stay for any future visits. The rooms were great and very clean with comfortable beds. Honestly though, the staff above everything, made this place amazing for me and for that I’m very grateful. ”
