“Check in was easy. The room was large but the TV in the room did not work. Called front desk; 40 minutes later I went to the front desk. Was offered another room but it was too far from the parking area for husband to walk and the rooms closer to parking were not usable at the time. Maintenance attempted to get the TV working and 3 hours later, another TV was put in the room. The rest of our stay was without incident. ”

“The lady at the front desk was very nosy asking personal questions and then she told one of her friends my personal information and I did not appreciate that nor think it was professional at all. I will probably choose another place next time.”
