“The house was nice. We were able to sleep 12 adults no problem. The pull-outs as mentioned are heavier duty cots. The kitchen and appliances are all up to date. There is a usable 2 car garage as well as a useable dock with slips. The house is near several golf courses and about 9 miles to the casinos. The house was great for our large group, I would stay there again. ”

“Candice was an amazing host. She was very attentive to our needs. The pictures don’t do this oasis justice. Home was very clean and well stocked. It had plenty of room and felt like home. We and the Grandkids loved the pool. Host even came by and skimmed the pool for us. Quiet neighborhood. This is truly 5 STARS all the way. ”

“What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend!”

“The house is as pictured. There was plenty of sleeping space for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable. It is an older house that has been updated, so there are small issues like water pressure and cosmetic eyesores. It's the best house in the neighborhood, but many of the surrounding homes are in disrepair. ”
