This property is exactly as pictured and described. The apartment was in a safe location, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and generous amount of space. ”

“Could not use the dryer in the laundry room for 2 weeks. After reporting this to the property manager, mechanic did not come right away, but only after a couple of days. Dryer made loud banging noise when in operation. Also during the night there was a banging noise in the condo next to ours, so disturbing nights for us”

“I stayed here with a group of my friends for the weekend and it was the perfect condo. The interior is beautiful and so spacious! We had a question about the ac our first night there and Erin was so quick with a response and they had someone come take a look at it the next day. It’s also in the perfect location being walking distance to the state park and a few different restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about our stay, we hope we can come back again soon for another great stay.”

“We had a great time at the Urban Coastal! It's close to everything and walkable to nearly anything in the downtown Saugatuck area. This was our first VRBO experience and first stay in Saugatuck and we couldn't have been happier. Very clean, check-in process was easy, and the hosts had thought to stock everything ahead of time. Highly recommend!”
