“Great stay! The apartment was perfect for our needs and we absolutely loved being a very short walk to the beach. Living amidst so many great restaurants and shops was nice as well. Loved the 70’s retro-beach vibe of the apartment. Might note that the washer/dryer is in an area outside the apartment and shared with the other two apartments. “The location of the property really can’t be beat. The property is a bit dated. The sofas in the main living area really need to be replaced. One is stained and the seat part is really broken down. There is no bathroom on the primary living floor so if you are traveling with someone who has trouble navigating stairs, it can prove challenging. Location to restaurants and Publix is great.
