“Property manager did not know the correct information about the area. He had earlier stated to us that the town of Rosemary Beach was golf cart friendly and in fact they are banned there. Just incorrect information..”

“Was very nice conveniently located by the beach and stores right next door. Cleanliness i gave 4 stars because of some small things nothing major but i did let the owner know and im sure those things will be took care of. I will gladly stay again. ”

“This condo is absolutely PERFECT !!! Awesome furnishings in entire condo. Beds super comfy. Couch/recliners ideal. Well stocked kitchen. So clean ! Perfect location. Will never stay anywhere else in PCB. Owner was fantastic and so willing to communicate and help. Worth every penny !!!!!”

“Overall, we had a lovely stay at this property; the unit was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. We especially loved having access to a washer/dryer, the bikes, and pool. One thing that we did not realize based on the description of the listing is that while Rosemary Beach is a short walk away, this does not mean there is any public access to the beach in this area (everything is locked/gated). There is public access to Inlet Beach, so we went there daily instead. And,……

“The place was a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The first night we were there the AC didnt work, but a call to the management company had it back on the next morning. There were a couple mornings we woke up without water because of construction. The place felt safe and had tons of amenities. ”

“We liked the location and access to stores, restaurants and ice cream. The beach access was pretty good with the tram service. The only issue we had was arriving at 7 pm on a Saturday night and not being able to find parking.”

The location is great, and within driving distance to Pier Park (about 2-2.5 miles away), McGuire's (1 mile), and Mike's (0.3 miles-walkable). “The access to the beach is completely blocked by an umbrella & chair company which isn’t fair to those who rent a condo!!We had to walk past the building to set up. Parking is awful we have a full size truck and it’s nearly impossible to park. ”
