“This condo was beautiful and just as described! The bed was comfortable. We loved the screened porch overlooking the pool and tiki bar. We were able to listen to the music from the porch which was great! I would stay here again! ”

“The Blake cottage is perfectly located in downtown Pensacola. You can drive to the beach in about 15-20 minutes, dig your toes in the sand and soak up the sun. Or you can take a walk to Palafox and enjoy all that downtown offers. I took advantage of both and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Blake cottage. ”

“Very very cute cottage! Looks newley renovated, very clean, had everything we personally needed. It was easy talking to the property manager on VRBO. They replied back in reasonable times. The only thing I would say is I wished it had curtains on the front door for a little more privacy. It is a good distance from the beach, but if you want affordable that isn’t on the beach, this was a good option. It’s close to restaurants and stores. “Only recommendation is that parking for trucks and vans is nonexistent so maybe communicate that. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you.”

“Overall it's a great rental. It is a little small, but very cute and has a great yard. The only downsides are that none of the yard is fenced in, so if you are bringing pets they will need to stay on a leash. Also because the rental is through a third party, I was unable to communicate with anyone until given the rental details that included contact information for the cleaner but you don't get this information until 3 days prior to your reservation date. “The owner was very good at communicating. It's a cute little place to stay near the beach but also close to downtown so you can enjoy both!
