“Such a cozy house. My family really enjoyed our stay!! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood located right by the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Not far from a dollar store, Walmart, multiple restaurants and the beach. The back yard was perfect for the kidos the play outside and for the adults to relax. The rooms were prefect. Kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos we needed. Thank you so much for the much needed get away in such a welcoming home. ”

“Overall great experience. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close enough walk to community pool, with beach access across the street. Far enough away from the busy Pansacola Beach restaurant / shopping area but still a short drive or free trolley ride away.Owners stayed in contact with different happenings in the area. Also was quick to ask if we needed anything.House was well kept up inside with plenty of furnishings. Kitchen was stocked with about any appliance you can think of. Plenty of beach……

“The house was very clean. It looked exactly the way it did online. We were pleased with the location. We were 14 minutes from everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the pool. We slept very well. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very nice. ”

“Great house, pool just feet away from door, secure location, we had the best times. Had problems with AC but management team was all over it and took care of problem. Thank you. Awesome little folder in house with local things to do, places to eat, captains to charter boats from and other suggestions. (Best suggestion was The REEF. Excellent little dive/diner) I'm sure there is more great places but we only had couple days. Hope to visit again soon”

“Dan was very prompt on communicating with us upon arrival at check-in. House was great!! Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 3 kids. We did rent the lower bed and bath as well. Peaceful location and easy walk to the beach. Looking forward to contacting Dan again in the future for another stay.”
