“I booked this for my elderly Mom and her adult granddaughter who were in town for the holidays and also awaiting a January 1 move in to a new apartment. Fidelis was attentive, kind, and responded quickly to any issues in the property. The place itself was truly like home away from home and convenient to stores, shopping and public transportation. I would recommend anyone looking for a cozy stay in Springfield to check it out. It is well worth the price. I would even say it is a bargain and……

“The main floor is laid out well and very cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of workspace. We were worried about having space to eat, but were able to fit the 5 of us around the table with no issues. As described the stairs both inside and out are “interesting” but we didn’t have any issues. It was extremely cold and rainy when we arrived but the stairs had been cleared as well as possible and there was plenty of ice melt for us to use the next day when the weather cleared. The host was really nice working with me and the associate that supports any household requests as well. Everything works perfectly, but the host associate was nice to come and anticipate the batteries on the smart lock would be running low and came and changed them along with leaving me extra snow melt, and a shovel after clearing the walkways. “We had a wonderful stay at the Buckley Home. The location worked great for us. The condo’s driveway had some snow and ice that made it difficult to navigate, but otherwise the house was beautiful and spotless, just like the pictures. Mabel was the perfect host, providing very clear instructions before arrival and being readily available when we needed her. She set up a pack-and-play for us, which was unexpected and very much appreciated, and delivered extra salt over night when we feared icy……

“Wonderful stay. Veronica was so kind and super responsive. The house was a great size and have everything we needed. We stayed there with 2 adults and 2 toddlers under 3. It was plenty of space. And a great location to all the area had to offer, museums, fun restaurants in North Hampton, etc. Would definitely stay again. ”
