“House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome……

“The cabin is perfect for 2 people. We stayed a couple of days to snowmobile. The trail is right at the end of the driveway which was perfect. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. The parking was a little tight but we managed. We hope to be back again. ”

“We wanted to find some snow to play in, and saw storms hitting in the area. We booked last minute and figured we were taking our chances, but ended up with an amazing find! The cabin was warm, cozy, and easy to get to. (And bonus—at least that weekend, we were right on the edge of the snow band, so we were able to go play in snow nearby but didn’t get stuck or have any issues at the cabin.) Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well supplied and there was info on local……
