“Noisy late at night would be a negative! Opening hours of the restaurant should be earlier as people leave on early excursions. Suggestion: open at 6:30 am!”

“Not a 4 star hotel. Needs a good paint to tidy it up. Looks tired. Food was ok a little repetitive. All inclusive drinks were definitely weak. Had to queue for the bar every night. Rooms sparsely decorated with no where to put anything in the bathroom. Tea facilities in the room but no coffee. Not enough seating in bar area if not with children. Most of staff accommodating but outside bar lady needs a customer care course. ”

“We only stayed one night, nice indoor pool and partial ocean view was great. Room was a bit worn out, but hotel overall was clean and in the nice quiet neighborhood. At reception they did charce deposit from towels, but didn't offer ropes wich woud have been nice to have since it's "spa" hotel.”
