“Christy was an amazing host. She went out of her way several times to make us feel comfortable and at home. The apartment had all the amenities we needed although the historic town was very rustic. The steps in the old town were challenging but the views were great!”

“Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort mitten im historischem Zentrum. Sie ist nur über diverse Treppen mit ungleichen Stufen zu erreichen. Die Wohnung gehört zu einem Hotelprojekt, so dass man -wenn man möchte- auch auf dem "Dorfplatz" bzw. dort in einem Restaurant frühstücken und zu Abend essen (es gibt ein täglich wechselndes Menu) kann. Im Übrigen gibt es nur ein weiteres Restaurant, dass fußläufig zu erreichen ist, jedoch jetzt im Oktober 2021 auch nur an den Wochenenden geöffnet……

“For Gugliermo and I it was like a blanket or a shawl placed on us from our ancestors . We were in the present and past simultaneously. Gabriella and Gianfranco have taken on a Herculean task of reconstructing this charming hillside village home by home. Gianfranco and his brothers grew up there so there souls are one with the commune. The charm and authenticity of each casa is pure and perfect. The dinner Gabriella and Gianfranco made for us will be one we will always remember. Pure Calabrian.……

“Our extended family enjoyed our week here. A few niggles however: Wasps prevented us eating outside. Two power cuts and electric gates broken after electrical storm. Insufficient bedding for number of beds. Unable to easily walk to centre. Stray dogs and neighbouring dogs barking most of the night. The house was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The pool provided the children with lots of fun too! Thank you.”
