“The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is……

“We spent the weekend celebrating our son’s graduation from Champlain College. Though the weather wasn’t the best, the location of the cottage was great - gorgeous views over the lake and just 15 minutes from downtown Burlington. We had everything we needed for a comfortable low key weekend! ”

“This is a good house in a good location, but has a few problems:1. It needs much, much better lighting. In the middle of a Vermont winter, when we were there, it is dark about 14 hours a day, and yet this house has woefully inadequate lighting. The house needs AT LEAST 2X the number of lamps it currently has. To make the problem even worse, many of the lamps it does have are dim, and many are missing functioning bulbs. 2. Three of the 4 bedrooms are in the basement and they share one……
