“Two of my friends and I stayed at this wonderful vacation spot. Beautiful views of the water. Spacious for the three of us. We enjoyed sitting outside either on the swings or in the Adirondack chairs on the pier. Even when it was chilly, we could enjoy the view from inside sitting at the dining room table, in the den and even from the kitchen. Comfortable beds and clean house. Would definitely return!”

“One of the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. Great information prior to check in, easy checkout.Went on vacation with my husband and had a friend join us for the first few days. Very relaxing atmosphere and we loved watching the bird activity on the water and in the surrounding area. Great little town to explore as well as close to the Historic Triangle. No complaints, a very positive experience.We will definitely be back!!!”

“Very interesting home with a lot of family history. Piano. Guitar. Amazing dining room table. Wonderful upstairs suite with other bedrooms two floors away so lots of privacy. Kitchen looked well stocked although we ate all our meals at a relative’s home. I didn’t cook at all. Beach is lovely!”

“What a wonderful home. Very well cared for and very clean and well equipped Many tasteful amenities. Bed was most comfortable. Snack basket was a bonus. And the view of the river was unsurpassed. “The little Bee Haven cottage is spotlessly clean and so well equipped. Beds are comfortable and with a living room and small den, the two of us were very comfortable, as would be a party of four. The area of Virginia where the cottage is located is so beautiful and tho the cottage was not in the middle of activities (which suited us just fine) it was easy to access Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. The front porch is a definite plus as are the crab cakes down the road at the Nuttall Market!”
