“Great location. Couldn't get a hotel near Union College but this house worked out great. Easy drive to the college and better location for restaurants.”

“A roomy house to stay with family members. I visited with siblings and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms and common areas. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, including the couches and seating. Conveniently located near a shopping plaza (helpful for grocery shopping and to buy wine) and we enjoyed the screened-in porch during nice weather. The host, Jamie, was prompt in her communication. Highly recommend!”

We had a hard time falling asleep at night. In the upstairs bedroom you can’t hear the garden apartment but you can in downstairs bedroom. ”

“Beautiful, large, old home, filled with hundreds of antiques, and a story for every one of them, I'm sure. You'd run out of time before you saw all of them. Really comfy beds, lots of bedrooms (some had private sitting rooms) and bathrooms. Nearly private driveway that winds through beautiful mountain scenery. We were there in winter and still saw tons of wild life..the birds! so many. Huge, old kitchen with some comfy chairs an eat in table and breathtaking views. A private bedroom wing, BUT……

“Traveled with family from Wisconsin. Location was close to so many sight seeing adventures, Saratoga springs-racetrack, shopping and dining. Hudson River cruise and museum. We enjoyed our stay!!!! Cute house, spacious inside and out.”

“We were taking our college kid back to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy and this house was convenient - an easy 20 minute drive to Troy. The house is big with a good kitchen and an outdoor patio and large tree-shaded yard. We also took day trips to Albany and Saratoga which were easy trips from here. There’s a grocery store, wine and bottle shop and pizza and ice cream shops nearby. It’s secluded and quiet. ”
