“Very cozy, charming "basement" flat - large living room, bedroom w/ a small desk, full bath, kitchen, all as described. Owner was great at communicating (especially since there was some initial confusion about access). My dogs loved it and Logan is a wonderful, charming place. One thing to consider: there are residents in the home above and you can hear them walking above you at times. No excessive noise or distraction, and it's perfectly understandable, but if you are looking for a place……

“Absolutely a lovely property with everything you could want or need during a stay away!! Julie is a fabulous host. The property is quiet and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to anywhere in the Smithfield/Logan area. Pet friendly since I was staying with my show dog for the dog show in Logan. I would very much return should my vacation/stay needs take me back to the Logan area! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Thanks!!”

“We were looking for a place right in Smithfield that was close to our Daughter's home while we were in town for a family event. This was just blocks from her home and provided ALL the space the 6 adults and 2 children needed. We enjoyed the theater room for a movie night, played ping pong and skee ball all hours of the night and had room around the kitchen table for all of us. We had a great trip. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. ”

“Could not have been happier with the RV and private beach but let me tell you - The hosts will BLOW YOUR MIND on how thoughtful and kind they are!!! Dianne and Mike knew we were coming for a romantic weekend getaway and without even being asked made us an AMAZING (no idea how many courses because there were so many) dinner!! They set up a canopy for us with a fire pit on the beach and tried to surprise my BF with a candlelit dinner but the wind kicked up at the last minute so instead they……
