"Overall excellent, very good location, walking distance to shoppingmall, many restaurants nearby. Comfortable and safe place to stay. Very good breakfast. Only issue is during load shedding, no heating available."

"Hotel and staff are 5 star but pools were not clean enough to use it, sauna was not usable (very low temperature) no changing room there and nowhere near 5 star level. Indoor pool also was dirty. That is a shame considering that the rest of the hotel is good and everybody very friendly and ..."

"The unit was well furnished and modern, the built-in stuff were great, but the pots, pans and fan wasn't so great.
