“I stayed in this property many times. On the negative hand, the apartments ( 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in which I stayed in different times ) need renovation in some areas. On the positive hand, the personel is always accommodating and kind, the problem solvers are below and my Oscars go to them. Ms. Tumi Ms. Sisanda Ms. Ivy Ms. Lusanda Ms. Mokhadi Mr. Jeff I stayed 3 weeks this time and I thank you all very much again. ”

“Exceptional from start to finish - the hotel is wonderful - quiet and small but with all amazing amenities and beautiful design, the wallpaper, the different lounges, the rooms - just beautifully designed and decorated! The staff are incredible, so kind and helpful, the food was delicious and the service was so wonderful. I can’t wait to stay again - I will surely be back!”

“If you are traveling for business this is not the place. Rooms are massive, but old and dilapidated. I had a strong drain smell also in the bathroom. Late check-in and early departures for business is a disaster. No after hours room service, despite saying so on the website. No gym. No early coffee/breakfast. Avoid. ”
