“This guest house is perfectly located near my Mom and and friends. Staff are amazing and room was very comfortable. I hope to be back soon.”

“Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.”

“Horrible service. We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. We spoke to the 2 girls working there, which was very unproffesional eating chips and handling our phones without any sanitation etc, we showed them proof of payment,……

“Amazing staff, I have been using this hotel for the past 3 years when I visit a few times each year. It is actually condo full mini apartment flat with kitchen sink , microwave, fridge and plates etc. kitchen table. Nice balcony for each unit. They have family 2 bedroom suites with 2 bathrooms as a full apartment with kitchen and living room as well above foyer. Price is VERY reasonable. Park your car under your condo , nice set up. “Hotel and staff are 5 star but pools were not clean enough to use it, sauna was not usable (very low temperature) no changing room there and nowhere near 5 star level. Indoor pool also was dirty. That is a shame considering that the rest of the hotel is good and everybody very friendly and helpful. ”

“I am generally pleased with the services here , the people are nice and helpful. I felt really relaxed here and definitely enjoy my stay in the hotel. There is only one thing that I felt funny about is that apparently there is not much changes available in the restaurant, almost every time, the waiter/waitress will have to give in back the changes at night... Although not in large amount, there is no changes available on my last day of stay (since I left in the morning!) ....Not a big issue and……

“More like a boarding house than a hotel but great place to stay. I had no a lovely room with small courtyard view,room had fridge, desk and chair, microwave, jug and tea/coffee, TV, bed was comfortable and very friendly and helpful people.
