“We booked here because we wanted to visit the Apartheid museum and was much further away than was listed. Although it had a security gated entrance the neighborhood was sketchy. Room was clean but no elevator. Nice and helpful staff ”

“Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.”

“Food is nice and supplied within time, I do not like your TV channels being limited on Friday Bafana Bafana played Congo and not shown on your TV and showed over sea soccer only.”

“For a 2 star hotel, one did not expect much. However this place really needs a revamp or upgrade of the their carpets in the rooms. A good paint job will be most welcome. There were no hangers, not a single one, in the wardrobes. Our room was on the second floor - rats / mice were constantly running and making noise in the ceiling, we could not sleep at all. We booked and paid for 3 nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) but we just could not cope with the tats / mice noise, staying only for 2……
