“We had a lovely short visit staying in the Pineapple room. The pictures on Expedia don't do the place justice. The house is much more beautiful in person. The owners are welcoming and gracious. Once you walk through the front door, it's like being transported to the past. It's quiet and comfortable with rooms steeped history. A great place to relax over tea while reading a book. “I stayed here in lieu of a hotel room in Salisbury for a work trip and it was worth the drive, only about 20 minutes from Salisbury. Heidi is extremely hospitable, her breakfast is excellent, including authentic English tea. It was very quiet, air conditioning worked amazingly well considering this is an old home, c 1800’s. “Perfect location for our stay (2 adults) while we were touring nearby locations. Place was in clean and top condition and building has great touch of history. Owners are super nice and we felt very welcomed. After the first day of breakfast we felt we were part of their family.
