“Great place! Great location! ”

“This apartment was up to the task. The photos appear show plank floors with an area rug, but I found brown wall to wall carpet in living room, best and dining room, which is not my preference. The checkin was arduous, having to repeat info and upload pictures of documents. Finally, in one communication it was referred to as a “gated community “ in their checkin process I believe… it is not. Just a well kept apartment complex. Very good but not superlative.”

“We arrived late at night and tired. The check in process that was mapped out on the page was perfect for a stress-free entry. Inside, the place looked just like the pictures. Very clean and they even had a touch of the hometown in it with the history page and some brochures of things to do in the area. I loved the touch of adding some games that could be played. “We arrived after 4 with a code to enter. However, the door was wide open. I shouted, " Hello!" a couple times before a sleepy eyed man emerge. I told him I had a reservation and asked why he was there. He said, "No English.". He called someone who showed up. He didn't speak much English either. The second guy called his boss who had rented the apartment downstairs for his workers. The boss called the local manager. We waited over two hours for the local manager to get the people moved……

“May I suggest that you purchase some new linen. For what we were being charged, it called for towels without bleach stains. The bathroom could use some touch up paint and the bath tube could use a super good scrubbing. I tried cleaning it myself with out much success. I was able to get the streaks off the refrigerator with a little warm soap and water. It's wonders what a little elbow grease can do. If I were you, I'd fire the cleaning person. The apartment, is nice but needs better care. Great……
