“For a quick long weekend trip to Atlanta, this was a lovely choice for accomodations. Our host, Patrick was clear and full of information before hand. The house was clean and well supplied with necessities like paper goods, soaps, and coffee to make it so easy to just drop in and relax. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend! ”

“Such a cute little place, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Drive way needs some work and doesn’t work well for larger vehicles. Had to pick up the rugs because loose rugs on hard floors don’t work well with wheeled luggage but there was enough space for my crew and we would stay again.”

“We had a total of 6 people that stayed, the rooms were perfect and plenty of room. Windows were great, the city sky line was beautiful at night. Balcony was perfect. The location was fantastic, easy to get to all attractions down town, felt remarkably safe, enclosed parking garage was perfect. Will definitely stay again. ”

“The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. ”

“This place was decorated so awesome! The fireplaces in each room were a nice touch. I absolutely loved the artistic decor. Very retro! The location wasn’t the best and you had to drive through some pretty beat up streets to get to the house. We didn’t go out on the back porch because people live upstairs in the house and that’s literally their back porch so there wasn’t any privacy. I think just the fact that the hosts live in the upstairs house threw me off a bit but they were very quiet. I……

“My family can’t to ATL for my son’s graduation from GT. The property was very clean, well maintained and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes… We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the occasion and the host was very responsive and answered questions promptly. I will definitely rent it again next time I’m in Atlanta. ”
