“My wife and I had a great time on our 1 year anniversary. Quiet and easy to get to. Just make sure your traction is good because once you are up the hill where the stay is, it could be difficult to navigate in the dark with a winding route surrounded by rocks. ”

The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept, the kitchen was updated with new appliances, the furniture was comfortable and clean. “The amenities were just as listed. You get a better view of the little lake than you can tell from the photos. The area was quiet at night.Shoes off at the door was a little tricky, because it was at the top of the stairs. We carried our shoes down when wanting to go out back.Overall, great place and we would come back again.”

“We have cousins parties every other year, usually in Ohio. This house was by far our favorite. The game room and media room gave us hours of fun. The scavenger hunt throughout the property made for a fun hour long hike. We got a chance to chat with the owner and he was great making sure we were happy. Everything in the house is beautiful and perfectly decorated. It was such an easy stay for us since the house already had supplies like shampoo or trash bags etc. we loved everything about this……

“The Stone Cottage is absolutely charming. My son and daughter in law both had to work one day, so the basement worked out beautifully. The loft and rooms were all cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped abundantly. The location next to Beacon Cafe was amazing, food was so good. Whitmers General Store with pizza and various entrees was a 3 minute walk down the quaint road. As a frequent visitor to Amish country I was looking for a new experience and Stone Cottage was a gem of a find. I……
