“The property is set up great, very clean, hosted our crew of 5 adults very comfortably. We had great snow and Trails. Its a hike to the trails but easy, about 4 miles to the trail. Only issue we had was cooking. we had planned on making a dish for five but the biggest skillet was an 8" telon pan that the coating was destroyed on and another 6" skillet. No biggy but changed so things for meals.”

“Nicely renovated upper studio. Deck stairs to balcony are a bit rough, so watch your hands. Street light from business parking a bit annoying when trying to sleep.
