“We stayed here while visiting Rotorua. The house is very large, in a beautiful setting, and close to everything we wanted to see.The bathrooms are a bit dated and tired, but everything else was wonderful.We will miss the fabulous views!”

Close enough to Rotarua for trips in and shopping, but isolated enough to feel like you’re off grid. Amazing - we loved it. Thank you Heather. Recommend the Wai Ariki hot springs and spa as well - Restorative journey - pure luxury - we were on our own there in the evening. ”

“We were three couples staying for several days. The house was situated near the lake with beautiful views. The architecture is beautiful and spacious and kept us comfortable and warm with a gas log fire heater. All amenities were high quality and available. The bedroom was large and offered bath robes which was appreciated. The location is on the opposite side of the lake in reference to te puia ect so very little smell on our stay. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would……
