“This is a beautiful home which unfortunately is not being as well maintained as it should be. In spite of that we had a lovely time and enjoyed the peace and serenity. The grounds are lovely and the pool looked great. Just a shame the weather wasn’t better for us to enjoy. This would be an ideal place to host a family get together with plenty of room for the grandkids too. Definitely good value for money.”

“The condo was clean, nicely appointed, easy to get to, and very quiet. The lake view was lovely. The on-site restaurant was quite good (check opening hours in the winter!)”

“Found it challenging to access the key lock and wrong combination for the door. Delay in accessing there property manager. The gas was connected and so was the power while we were there as they hadn't paid the bill. The VRBO platform is not the best platform for communicating in. Will not use this service again”

“Very clean, modern, loved the modern bathroom. Body wash lotion was provided.Coffee/tea was provided, no other beverages. Cutlery/plates provided.Unfortunately Sofa/couch was a little firm. ”

“A lovely well appointed house. Lots of space to relax in, comfortable beds, lovely log fire, more than sufficient bathrooms. We found it a great place for a group of friends to get together to catch up, watch movies and enjoy great food. Near the beach but some of us also enjoyed the second hand shopping in Rangiora. Very close to Christchurch. So lots to do if you don't just want to relax. A pleasant rural outlook.”

“Lovely property with 3 large double rooms so my adult children were very comfirtable. Thoughtfully stocked with a great breakfast and lovely toiletries. Not a fan of the pod coffee maker, very bitter byt eveythibg ekae was divine thank you”
