“Horrible!!!!! We were checked in to a DIRTY room at around 5:45pm, definitely not an early check in. The bed was untidy, the rubbish bin was fulled and used towels on the floor!! By knowing how much it costs for the studio per night, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. We had to head back to the reception and wait for another room arrangement. “I’m not sure if the beds in this motel had been changed before we arrived. When we unfolded the blankets around 9 PM to sleep, we found hair on the double bed, which was really off-putting. I then checked one of the single beds and, upon closer inspection, noticed hair there as well. “Very happy with our stay At twin Peaks. The location is excellent with a restaurant out front. We accidentally put the double bed option when booking when we wanted two singles. The staff were very helpful in sorting it out. The room had a few marks here and there but otherwise was very modern and everything worked great. The shower was awesome. The coffee was great. Would highly recommend twin peaks. The value was very good and the price was excellent. ”

Double charge and unauthorised credit card transac

"I paid to Hotels.com in full when I booked this hotel. The credit card transaction went through and I received the receipt. I was told that my payment has been settled in full during check in and check out. However, after i returned home, I found that they charged the credit card I gave them to authorise incidental expenses the whole stay again. I emailed them. They don’t care to find out if it is their mistake and just tell me to ask Hotels.com. But it were your staffs that told me my stay had been paid in full during check in and check out. I did not authorise you to double charge me. The credit card authorisation was meant for additional expenses! Why won’t they charge Hotels.com instead? And Hotels.com has not replied to my enquiry either. The whole experience is very bad. I urge you to be careful and avoid having similar nightmares ever."
