“We have stayed here several times and it's terrific. The house is spacious and right on the beach. Bedrooms have private bathrooms/ beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Large outside deck with hot tub is a plus!!”

“The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine……

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious house right on Rockaway Beach! Perfect for our 6 families, plenty of room, super comfy bedrooms (including a fun bunk room for the kids), and a great open living area connected to the kitchen. Just a 1‑minute walk to the beach, even our 3‑year‑olds managed easily. The house was stocked with toys for both indoors and the beach, which was a huge plus.The location was fantastic, food trucks and restaurants just a short 10–15 minute walk away. We……

“Clean comfortable stay”

“Incredible location - just a couple of minutes to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Very roomy, multiple balconies and easy parking. Beach items and more provided. We loved it!”

“This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing)……

“The location of these little cottages is unbeatable. It was super quaint and cute! Has everything you’d need for a weekend getaway for 2. I would NOT try sleeping on the front “sofa” - it was super hard. Definitely a pet friendly unit and smelled a bit like dog pee. We wished the gas fireplace was working but it they had just put a small electric on in front of the gas one, which was still okay. Overall, a decently cheap place to stay for a few nights. Just set your expectations correctly and……
