“Cute, very clean little house 4 blocks from Rockaway beach! Great fenced yard for our dogs, this house had everything we needed, and was the perfect size and location for us. The sunsets from the beach across the street were amazing, and highly recommend the Old Oregon Smokehouse for a takeout meal. The communication with the property manager was outstanding...we had issues with our VRBO payment and they were prompt to return my calls and made sure we were taken care of. Close to all the……

“Comfortable! Lots of decorative touches with beachy character. The teen girls loved their privacy in their upstairs bedroom. We liked ours in the downstairs suite. And, if I hadn't already been smitten, there were books I wanted to actually read on the shelves! I got a ways through one, but we had good weather and weren't needing to spend much time there. When they said it was only a block to the beach they meant it. (Unlike another place we stayed that only meant that's where you accessed a……

“We had such a good stay at 10 pelican view, and ironically stayed here 4 1/2 years ago exact room. Very comfortable lots of room enjoy having the extra space in the family room and kitchen area. We loved our morning walks and being across the street, basically from the ocean. We will come back and also love that it was pet friendly thank you!”

“Didn't use the hot tub. Really like this place, I have brought family here twice. Had a problem with the upstairs TV. We were going to watch a movie, and it was emitting a strong electric hot smell. We unplugged the whole system and left it unplugged. Opened some windows and turned on the stove fan. This cleared the smell out, but the issue does need to be addressed. ”
